Our Story

We (Max and Jason) met freshman year in college, becoming lifelong friends and eventually business partners. In 2019, we started a business together, co-founding Fidelity Memorial Group in partnership with a multi-generational, family-owned business in the Southeast. We grew the company into an industry leader while keeping local teams, culture, and brands intact. Today, the founding family still runs the business, while we have shifted our attention to building a best-in-class water storage tank service and maintenance company.

We are passionate about ensuring the highest standards of water quality across American towns and cities and supporting the local businesses that make this possible. Water storage tanks are an essential part of our system and a defining landmark for communities across the country. Keeping this aging infrastructure in peak condition is critical to safeguarding clean water.

In speaking with regional tank service owners, we saw great, longstanding businesses that were often constrained by backend administration, safety and compliance overhead, and workforce scaling challenges. Our goal is to partner with the best water tank service providers in America and leverage shared resources to grow alongside our country's water infrastructure servicing requirements.

Meeting Aaron completed our founding team for Atlas Water Alliance. Together, we bring a hands-on operator mindset, respect for specialized field crews, and long-term capital to help independent tank service providers scale, preserve their local reputations, and maintain reliable water storage nationwide.
